Celcom Trainee Project

Before continuing my studies, I used to work at Menara Celcom for 1 year. Positioned as a management trainee at Group Business Services and Solution (GBSS) under the division Named SME. During my time there, our Chief has suggested that we trainee proposed ideas that can improve the system of our department. Some of the system have been developed by Celcom itself and our third party company. So, below are the ideas that have been proposed to our management department :
